WhoHolds is an information and analytics tool that compiles facts from public mutual-fund disclosures into a reverse holdings lookup. It is provided strictly for informational purposes and is not investment advice — please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site except via any official interface we may provide;
• Resell, redistribute, or create a competing dataset/product from our compiled data without written permission;
• Use automated means that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

The underlying facts (NAVs, ISINs, holdings) are public information. However, our compilation, organisation, ISIN-verification, presentation, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use; all other rights are reserved.

The site and all data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• Some features may require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of or subject to GST as required by law.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; by subscribing you also agree to their terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoHolds and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
