Where does WhoHolds' data come from?

Every Indian mutual fund is required by SEBI to publish its full portfolio each month. WhoHolds fetches those public disclosures, ISIN-verifies every equity position, and re-indexes them by stock. No scraping — only official AMC and AMFI data.

How often is the holdings data updated?

Portfolios are updated monthly, shortly after each AMC publishes its mandatory disclosure (typically by the 10th of the following month). The data shown is labelled with its 'as on' date so you always know which snapshot you're looking at.

Is WhoHolds free to use?
