Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid WhoHolds Pro subscriptions. Free use of the site is, and remains, free.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing contact@whoholds.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

  • WhoHolds Pro is a digital service billed per period. As you retain access for the full period you paid for, we generally do not provide refunds for a period already started.
  • If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or could not access Pro features due to a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.
  • Any approved refund is made to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank/processor's timelines.
  • Where GST applied to your payment, it is reversed in full along with any approved refund. Refunds are processed through our payment processor, subject to its terms.

How to request a refund

Email contact@whoholds.com from the address on your account, with your payment reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
